Growth and Business Development Consultant

We are looking for someone to become a key part of the start-up as we grow. Ideally, what we are looking for is a curious minded individual who can look beyond the standard recruitment agency route - a person who is excited about creating processes from scratch and someone who can help to create long term goals.

 

In the last seven months the company has acquired a number of high profile clients, placed candidates in a wide range of roles, and developed the online platform that will differentiate it from every other agency out there. The next step is both the development of the team and a raise of between £250-500k to catapult the business to the next level. 

 

This role could represent the long-term 'second in command' for the business for the right candidate.

 

What the role will entail:

  • Working closely with the founder to shape the business

  • Supporting the building of an end to end Recruitment process with both internal and external technology solutions

  • Business Development- sourcing new, reputable and lucrative clients (both on the phone and in person)

  • Overseeing expansion of the consultant team- from attraction to on-boarding

  • Supporting with testing and implementation of consultant specific technology

  • General administration relating to Business Development and Recruiting

  • Creating and developing the company brand including social media and content creation

  • Building the working environment and culture

  • Creating KPI’s, targets and metrics for both Consultants + the growing team as a whole

  • Building and developing excellent relationships with Candidates

  • Acting as a role model for the business

  • Ensuring the business is Compliant at all times

 

To do this you will need:

  • A proactive and independent mindset

  • The ability to work to self-created targets

  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections

  • The ability to be long term goal oriented

  • Proven Recruitment experience (Agency or in-house)

  • An entrepreneurial and leadership orientated mindset

  • To be confident and professional

  • Previous Administration experience
