Our client is an exciting Marketing Advisory startup supporting clients and agencies to create the best partnerships possible. Founded in 2019, the team of five is looking to hire a new Junior Project Manager/Data Analyst to support their growing workload and client list. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities, but the opportunity represents a chance to be a part of an exciting startup making waves in the marketing industry, and to learn from two partners who bring decades of experience and contacts from both large scale clients and prominent marketing agencies.

This role would be suited to a young, innovative and hard-working individual keen to learn in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The nature of the startup means the role requires a mixture of responsibilities including some business administration/support. As a result of Covid, this role will be remote working for the foreseeable, but the ability to commute to London in the future would be necessary.

The Role:

- Project management across all areas of the business
- Supporting with data analysis for all commercial projects
- Managing our database of advertising agencies
- Diary management and admin around projects
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Setting up client/agency meetings, liaising with clients
- Assisting with the development of client proposals and presentations
- Co-ordinating quarterly advisory board events
- Supporting with management of our social media channels
- Providing general administrative support
- Ad hoc work

- Strong communication skills & positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Interest in financial analysis would be favourable, although not essential


- Degree level education or interesting life experience
- Strong tech/app literacy (Word, PPT, Social media)
- Excellent Excel skills and data analysis experience
- Some experience in administration to build upon
